I'm an Unschooling mom in Las Vegas, NV. I have all boys! A 14 yr old, a 6 yr old, a 1 yr old and 2 teenage stepsons.
4 of the 5 have some special need or another, and the 5th would be termed "gifted" if he was in school. They all have their own interests and abilities.

Well, our week here in FL is drawing to a close. I know posts with pics are cool, so I'm just sending a brief update now, and when I get home I will upload various pics and events from our week.
For now, suffice it to say, we're all happy! I'm tan, kids are good, husband finished his race in a pretty decent time, we've spent a lot of time together, did some cool field trips...what more can you ask for?
Looking forward to going home and getting back to our "stuff". ie scouts, soccer, Awanas, book club, co-op etc etc Well, priorities will be sleep, unpack, VOTE, soccer , then eventually update here!!
I raised four children alone for 13 years
a judge gave me full custody of three girls and a boy
I had a letter from the social worker from the childrens law office ordered by the judge
say I was a great and amazing parent
I had a private councellor hired for four months of the supervised visits my ex had say that I was an amazing father
I homeschooled my girls at the time I was awarded full custody of my children THE JUDGE KNEW I home schooled.
I put my girls in a private school for a few years when they were older.
My son went to the same private school for four years he failed grade one twice
they had him tested and said he was poor below average and average in everything
they recommended a one one one program
HE now reads at a grade three level struggles but enjoys learning
Cas got a annonymous report that he is not getting a education and now he has to go back to the private school which didnt teach him a thing
and HE HATED EVERY minute of it there for four years
THE ONE teacher was mean and rude to him and she was suppose to be a christian
PARENTS HAVE NO RIGHTS IN AMERICA OR CANADA ANYMORE
Christians are a bunch of hippocrites and liars
that sit in churches on sunday and ignore god
and his word the rest of the week.
NICE To know that the NEW WORLD ORDER will take over the world and the CHURCHES
NICE TO KNOW THAT THE NORTH AMERICAN UNION IS COMING
nice to know that the federal reserve is destroying the dollar
nice to know that the amercian people are still asleep and LOVE KILLING BABIES and so does the PRESIDENT of the country
we have a good car and cant afford insurance
we have no washing machine the old one blew up
we have a market garden and work hard to feed ourselves we heat with wood
we work hard cutting and splitting wood for heat
we pay cheap rent
and all so called christians do is point and judge
funny how the WORD OF GOD SAYS we are TO NOT JUDGE ONE ANOTHER ANY MORE
but thats all church goers do
