lol, I stand in the door frame with my wrists pressed hard against it for 30 seconds. When I let go, both of my arms float up to my shoulders. :) It's a very cool feeling.

Another one is to lay on the floor on your stomach and have a friend hold your wrists up so your chest is off the floor. The point is to relax as much as possible - and make sure your eyes are closed. Hang your head, relax your arms, just make the assistant hold you up. After about a minute, the assistant will slowly lower your arms and you lay on the floor again - but it feels like your arms go straight through!

Very cool feelings. :)
