Personality test, and mothering styles...
| You Are An INFJ | | The Protector You live your life with integrity, originality, vision, and creativity. Independent and stubborn, you rarely stray from your vision - no matter what it is. You are an excellent listener, with almost infinite patience. You have complex, deep feelings, and you take great care to express them. You would make a great photographer, alternative medicine guru, or teacher. | This tells what kind of mom a INFJ is:
The know-thyself mother (INFJ) Sensitive and family-focused, the INFJ mother encourages the unique potential of each child. Her aim is to help her kids develop a sense of identity, and she seeks a free exchange of feelings and thoughts to that end. In fact, she may value the mothering experience as a catalyst to her own personal growth. She is conscientious and intense, as well. Probably no one takes child-raising more seriously than the INFJ. She approaches it as a profession requiring her best self. Stay-sane tip: Make time for yourself, try to live in the moment, and take life a little less seriously. Instead of trying to make life what it "should be," enjoy it for what it is.

Summer Reading List
| I want to sign up for the summer reading program at the library down the street. I have made a pile of books I want to read this summer, just like my mom did last summer. So far I have read Treasures Of The snow by Patricia St. John. I'm going to write a book report on that one later. I just started reading a book called The Captains Dog, last night.I read six chapters of it. I will put the pic on later of my pile. |

My new swimming pool
My family and I just bought a new pool! My friend Emma spent the night on saturday so she could swim with me the day we put it up. While it was going up we used it as a slip in slide. Of corse Joshua loves it except his lips turn blue and his teeth chatter. Here are some pics!!!!

Bad News
| Well I have some very bad news on the baby bird. Some time between last night and this morning it died. Though my mom seems more upset than I am, I knew there was a chance of this when I started breeding them, so I made sure I didn't get too attached to it! It looks like the the parents killed it, because feathers are missing from places where they used to be and the eye looks as though it was pecked at. My mom dosen't want me to breed them again since it looks like the parents killed it, but it still was a cool experience. Poor Baby!!!! |

Baby Bird At 18 Days Old
Feb. 5, 2006
I HAVE A BABY BIRD!!!!!!!!!!
I have my first baby today!!! I found it in the nesting box as soon as we arrived home from church!!!! The first two didn't hatch, so I didn't think that any were going to hatch at all. I looked under the lid not expecting too see anything, and instead I saw a tiny, featherless baby bird, a little smaller than a penny!!!!!!! You can imagine how I raced downstairs screaming "baby bird, baby bird!!!!" I haven't posted in a while, but since then Sukie has been sitting on five eggs. The first two that didn't hatch, we are going to disect, after all the other ones have hatched to find out what went wrong with them. Next time we have eggs, I need to number them so I know each one from the other. Now, my biggest worry is; will Sukie feed him or her.
Here is a cute picture of my first baby!!!!

You can even see the broken egg shells!
