Bad News

Well I have some very bad news on the baby bird. Some time between last night and this morning it died. Though my mom seems more upset than I am, I knew there was a chance of this when I started breeding them, so I made sure I didn't get too attached to it! It looks like the the parents killed it, because feathers are missing from places where they used to be and the eye looks as though it was pecked at. My mom dosen't want me to breed them again since it looks like the parents killed it, but it still was a cool experience. Poor Baby!!!!

I am so sorry to hear about your baby bird. My daughter has three Lovebirds and we were watching as yours grew, hoping that ours will soon start laying eggs.

We've only had ours for a few months, it's all very new to us.

Hope your family is handling this sad situation well.

I am so sorry to hear about your baby bird. We recently purchased a cockatiel for our daughter, and it died after 2 weeks with us. It's amazing how attached you can get to a pet. I'm glad you had the experience of nurturing and taking care of this adorable bird. (((HUGS))))

I am so sorry! The bird was very cute and it is so sad that it died. No matter how hard I try, I get attached to animals. I can't stop it. They are just too cute. And Adorable. I could go on and on...
