I would like to share with you all what happened to my baby brother when he was born. He was born with fluid in his lungs and he almost died. I was at the hospital with my mom and dad while my older brother was at home with my younger siblings. We saw the doctors throwing paper and stuff all across the room trying to save his life. The doctor who was taking care of Joshua saved his life. He put a chest tube in him to drain out all the fluid. Then later his oxygen level went to 15 % and they had to stabalize him to send him to Pitt Memorial hospital in Greenville, NC. Mom, dad, and I went home to pack, and then drove there while Joshua was being flown. He was there for two weeks, and I stayed there also to help my mom because my dad is in the Marine Corps, and he had to go to work every now and then. Joshua was put in the New Born ICU. They took great care of him and we got to see him everyday. I spent most of my time each day in the waiting room while my mom and dad were with Joshua in the back. I took naps in there and watched Animal Planet on their TV and crocheted and stuff. We prayed everyday for him as did our church. We thank the Lord to this for giving him to us and allowing him to live. He is one year old now, and doing great. THANK THE LORD!!!!!! Here is a picture of him!! God Bless everyone!
