Hi Everyone,
Sorry it's been a long time. ( It seems like I always start out like that). Our church took a mission's trip to Fairmont, WV June 21-28. We worked on a poor family's house and on it we painted, caulked, scraped, pulled to large stumps out of teh ground, and replaced wood on the house. It was a lot of hard work, but it was really fun.
The first two days I think, I was sick and didn't do too much but I was fine later. Like last year onWednesday we got a half day off of work and our team went to play violins for some friends, went our for ice cream, went to the wave pool, then out for dinner. That was soooooo much fun .
After we finished the house, we still had two days before we had to leave so we stayed at the camp which wasn't fully built yet and we helped out there. I helped build the staff cbin adn I got to use a nail and staple gun, so there weren't too many people in there at the time. It started out as 8 things of cement in the ground to 4 walls and frames inside the cabin by the end of thw week. It was awesome.
Well, I am gonna post some pictures when I can.
