That smell wafting through our house is COOKIES! Today is the perfect day for homemade cookies! Time for Cookies!!!

Elisabeth is now 15 years old and such an incredible delight. Tuesdays are our GIRL DAYS now!
 
We began the new study season at church with the Tuesday Morning Beth Moore Bible Study on The Patriarchs. We are LOVING it! We decided to do our homework separate every day, but get together twice a week to go over it together--in case I need to explain anything...or in case SHE needs to explain anything to me! ha!
It has been a treat!
I love the interchange between us. It has been sooo neat to see how we can study something apart and yet God moves on my heart in some ways and in Elisabeth's in other ways....and sometimes the EXACT same ways! I love it!
The study is super! But, also we have set aside our Tuesdays as our GIRL DAY! We get breakfast, do the study, and then have lunch out together--deprogramming! ha! I think that GIRL DAYS should be a required subject! 
Today we had our girl day, then decided to stop by Walmart to get ingredients for cookies! Soooo, there are NOW cookies in the oven...that should be ready for a big plate in a bit--I am a cookie monster for HOT COOKIES! Just smelling them made me think of how fun it would be to have ALL OF YOU here with us! Soooo, since you are a bit far for our WARM cookies...we will share the recipes and hugs across the miles!
