Fitness Friday-Week 4

Well, here we are, it's Friday again. I actually worked out on the Wii Fit 4 times this week for 30 minutes each time. Yay!! I finally reached that goal. I also drank more water this week-that is until we ran out. I admit I am a VERY snobby water drinker. The only water I like is Zephyrhills Natural Spring Water, yummy! Anyway, I need to by more water and groceries too hmmm better put that on the to-do list.
I have done the 6 minute hula hoop every time I exercised this week. I thought my score patterns were rather funny. They at least show that I am consistent 1961, 1971, 1971 and 1972!
I only lost 0.4 pounds this week but I set some new personal Wii Fit records!
Chair Pose 84
Basic Step 306
Sun Salutation Pose 99
Side Leg Lift 80 (this was the 1st time I tried this exercise)
Warrior 100!!
Until next week, keep putting one foot infront of the other!
