Fitness Friday-The Olympics and Beyond

As I told you last week, Saturday was the first Wii Fit Mommies Olympics. I knew it was going to be tough, but I was hoping they would cut us a little slack since it was our first Olympics. Boy was I wrong! There was 1 event I hadn't even unlocked yet!!
Here are my Olympic scores and standings.

Island Run (I hate running-just in case you can't tell) I came in last
of all the ladies that attempted it.

Penguin Slide-I tied for 5th-not bad!

Super Hula Hoop 10 minutes-I had never tried this one before and I
ranked 8th out of the women participating.

Advanced Soccer Heading. For some reason my post didn't show up on the
forum and I didn't get credit for completing this. Oh well, I should have made
sure my entry posted and I didn't. This was my best score ever and would
have garnered me 3rd place and a bronze medal prize if it had posted.

Ski Jump-this score was a new house record. Yay me! It also earned me
2nd place in the Olympics and I received a cool Wii Fit tote bag from
Nintendo.
Had my soccer score been counted I would have come in 5th over all in the Olympics. Not bad if I do say so myself!
Since the Olympics I have had a crazy week that included 6 fast food meals, a plate of buffalo wings, Girl Scout Thin Mints and a Dairy Queen Oreo Blizzard cake. I am thankful I have only gained 1 pound after this week.
Today I broke my ski jump record again and scored 375m.
Tomorrow starts a new week and hopefully it will be healthier!

working out

Keep up the great work Cindy. I don't know anyone who likes to work out but the WII Fit sure can make it fun. And to report your progress on the internet must help keep you on track.
