Yikes! A Flood!

A winter flood not only mucks up our town's streets, but also makes a mess of the schoolhouse. Do you know what that means? No school for two whole months! Lucky me.

Cory wades through the street to help an old man capture his firewood that's floating away.
Here are some of the levees the folks of Fresno constructed to keep the water away from the main part of town.
Yep! Floods like the one described in
Chapter One really happened in Fresno.

OOh! I just found your books but i cant wait to read them! I loove books about the 1800s!! This summer Im actually going to a 1861 girls school! I cant wait to read about Andi when she goes away to school!

What a flood! I am now trying to keep in touch after such a long while of being off the computer. I really like chapter 1 of Andrea Carter and the Sanfrancisco smugglers.

wow! I hope the flood stops, and your in trouble too LOL sorry about laughing but any way, are you going to do the next chapter? if not thats ok too but It sounds really good
