And the Winner is . . .

The Random Drawing feature chose Desi (Horse Lover for Christ) as the winner of Andrea Carter and the San Francisco Smugglers, as well as the little doll from China. Congratulations. You can't imagine how badly I feel for some of you who have entered my contests multiple times and yet haven't won. I'm sorry!
However, it's still possible to get an autographed copy of the new book. You can go to my website and order an autographed copy using PayPal. (I figured out how that works, and it's slick). I'll also include a new Circle C bookmark.
In fact . . . I have 5 of those little dolls left. I have to keep 2 on hand, but I have 3 I can give away. For the first 3 people (from the contest--I'll recognize your e-mail) who order an autographed copy of the book through my website, I'll include a doll.

you HAVE been busy!
yes I did write those myself for a school assignment, it was either that or write 3 riddles or a 16 line poem.
did you think any of those were a clichés?
the dishes one might have been but I couldn't help putting that one in there 'cause I had a kitchen full of dishes waiting for me at lunch time since we had canning the other day and it is impossible to stay on top of dirty dishes when you are canning and the dishwasher is full and the sink is full of apples and the table is covered in apples too, so I thought I would exagerate what I had to do later it made my mom laugh when she looked over the assignment!

you know the bear and possum one? my friend made a comment to me the other day when we were walking, this comment came from the fact that I hauled a guy off my friend because even though they were friends she kept telling him to get off and he wouldn't so I told him to get off and when he wouldn't I...umm...*cough* uh grabbed his arm and lifted him off the chair with one hand.and then he got super mad and went home and told his dad and step-mom
"do you know what Margo did??? she came over and flipped me off the couch and onto the FLOOR!!!!" which is not true but it made them laugh.
so anyway this friend of mine was saying that if it came to a situation that is dangerous she just curls up and says "don't hurt me" whereas I growl and threaten anyone who decides to hurt her.
so I wrote that one and my friend thought it was hilarious and so did my parents!!

so what are you up to?
