I decided last weekend that I'd had enough of my shoulder-length hair. I've been wearing it longer for about 3 years now and I was ready for a change. Now, I have worn my hair short before, actually for most of my childhood, because we lived in Florida and Texas and I hated having hair on my neck! I went yesterday to get my hair cut and, against my better judgement, I let my hairdresser razor cut my hair. Now, it's not AWFUL, but it is a bit thinner then I would like ... there is just no oomph to it. My dh loves it and my 10 yo son whistled at me when I walked in the door 
, but I think it now actually takes MORE time to style than before when it was just a layered medium-length cut! Oh well, hair always grows out, right?

I also got mine cut the other day, and I don' t like how she layered it. BLECH. Oh well. Maybe it will 'grow' on me.. HA! HA!
BTW, have ya'll got to see Jupiter and Venus? We saw them the last 2 nights. I'm hoping we will be able to see them tonight. I'd like to try and get the telescope out and see what we can see.
