my youngest LOVED playmobil. But Legos were overtaking our lives and we decided we couldnt do both Playmobil and Legos.

Don't get me started about Playmobil!!!! My 9yo ds "lost" the assembly directions to his airport. I am compulsive by nature and decided to face the giant....and assemble it sans directions! Needless to say, by the time I was finished, I was sweating and the house had gone to pot. LOL!
I also join your "I order adult meals at fastfood joints for kids/homemade bread/homeschool my children" club.
