Caution: When the Lord speaks, stuff happens!!

We've been given our walking papers by the management company for the house we rent.   I know all things are possible with the Lord, but I'm pretty sure He expects us to do the legwork!  ROFL  We have been in prayer for over 6 years asking the Lord for clear direction about where we should move.  We were praying about moving to Colorado, but so far we haven't seen a job materialize for my dh out there.  You know how sometimes you aren't sure if you have heard the Lord clearly? Well, we feel like the Lord has communicated with us in a big way about the house.  He wants us OUT!  If the 60 day notice wasn't a big enough sign, the phone call with news that three hours after the "For Sale" sign went up a couple who rents this exact floor plan down the street from us wants to buy it ...was a big HINT!  Ok. We got it that time.  lol  We just aren't sure where we are supposed to go, but we do know that we have only 55 days left to get there.   On top of my other hats (Wife, Homeschool Mom and Business Owner),  I can now add Real Estate Agent.  Do they have hats? God kind of did that with us too. We knew that he was telling us to put our house on the market, but didn't figure that it would sell for a year (historic home). It sold in two weeks. We searched high and low to find *where* God was moving us next. My real estate agent hat was about to WEAR OUT we looked at so many places. But God provided (at the last minute of course) and blessed us with even more that we asked for. Blessings, Nancy Senior Editor of HSB

God has done this for us too and, yes, always at the final hour. We are sending up purple crayon prayers to the Father. I posted our experiences today. Other than purple feet, I am not sure we accomplished much, but time will tell and God is faithful!
