FIMM
got a job as a repair technician for Acme Cable Company. The
company figured his lack of communication skills wouldn't affect his
ability to repair cable problems. It was a close vote by the
board members. It was three to three among his
brothers. The deciding vote was FIMM's father whose
vote may have been a bit colored by his motivation to get FIMM out
of the house and into his own apartment! FIMM: "I'm here about the cable modem, but I won't be able to fix it. I don't know why they sent me."
Customer: "So what am I supposed to do? I haven't been able to get my email for days." FIMM: "Well, you can always get a FREE email service like Yahoo or Juno."
Customer: "That is unacceptable. I pay for this service!"
FIMM: "Technically you don't pay for email. It's a bonus you get with your internet service." Customer:
"Bonus? Don't your customers expect email to come with their
internet service? I want to speak with your manager!" FIMM: "Well, I can have him contact you, but he probably won't be able to help you either." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FIMM has agreed to pretend he is mute from here on out...
