Dear FIMM: Free Advice from the FIMMster!

Episode 30: Dear FIMM After coaching the Pee Wee Football team for a season, FIMM's team didn't do so well.  The boys were devistated because they hadn't won even one game.  They began picking on each other-blaming their losing streak on individuals.  FIMM stepped up as any good leader would to give them some advice about teamwork.  FIMM:  OK boys!  That's enough!  This is a team.  A team doesn't lose all season because of any one player.  It's a team effort!  Everyone feels MUCH better now, thanks FIMM!
