Foot in Mouth Man Proposes: Take Two!

Previously on the Misadventures of Foot in Mouth Man...Click here! Episode 36: FIMM Pops the eQuestion: Take Two! After long talks with Bonnie where FIMM apologized for his email proposal, the couple settled back into their relationship.  FIMM thought he would try a more romantic and spontaneous approach.  Several weeks later... A box arrives in the mail from FIMM.  Bonnie opens it with growing excitement.  It's a ring box!  Oh her joy as she opens the box anticipating an engagement ring from her sweetheart!  Inside the box is a large metal washer of the nuts and bolts variety.  Trying to figure this out, Bonnie searches for the one thing FIMM must have forgotten to include with his proposal...  A NOTE!
