Brand New Foot in Mout Man Episode: #70 FIMM's Recipe!

Previously on the Misadventures of Foot in Mouth Man...Click here! Episode 70: FIMM's Recipe!   FIMM is getting older and his eyes aren't what they used to be.  He went to the optomotrist to get a new prescription and saw a sign on the counter which read: If you paid cash, please be sure that you obtain a recipe FIMM was thinking of Bonnie and how she would like a new recipe so he asked the clerk at the counter if he could pay cash.  Here's what followed: FIMM: Oh on second thought, I'd like to pay cash. Clerk: Ok.  Here's your credit card back. (FIMM pays cash and is waiting at the counter for his recipe) FIMM: What about my recipe? Clerk: What recipe? FIMM: The recipe I get for paying cash. Clerk: Recipe?  What recipe? FIMM: The recipe for Bonnie. Clerk: Sir, I don't know what you are talking about.  We don't sell recipes! FIMM: No the recipe your sign says I get if I pay cash. Clerk: What sign? FIMM:  This one! Clerk: What?  Oh!  No that's a typo.  It should say "receipt".  Don't forget to ask for your receipt. FIMM:  Oh I don't need a receipt, just the recipe will be fine. FIMM, Don't be like himm! When I pointed out their error, they said... "Oh I know.  It should say receipt."  It's still there to this day!
