Winter Concert featuring ...My DD!
Kelsey and her elite performance Chamber Singers Choir are set to give their Winter Concert tonight. I am amazed at the quality of this high school choir! They are so good, you will remember, that they were chosen as one of only 14 choirs from all over the world to perform at Disneyland's Candlelight Processional a few weeks back.
They will be singing CHRISTmas music and I must emphasize that much of it is Christian! How cool is that?! I think Kelsey has a solo note: a very high note that they wanted only one Soprano to sing.
She does have a cold and was very tired yesterday so do say a prayer that she feels better and will have her voice for the performance.
My dh will be getting to work at a rediculous hour so that he can take off early to meet us there. Do also pray that Southern California traffic will be kind to him. Generally it takes him about two hours to get home but has had occasion where it has taken as long as 3 or 4 hours!
I am still waiting on a cd of their Candlelight performance and, IF JoJo can figure that out, I will be putting it up on YouTube or something to share it with all of you. Keep in mind that is a big IF. lololol
