Winter Skiing & Snowboarding

at YawgooValley Learning Center in Slocum, RI (Off I-95, Exit 3A)

DETAILS:

• 5 Week Learn-to-Ski & Learn-to-Snowboard Program
• Friday afternoons, 2:15pm to 3:45pm
• January 5, 12, 19, 26 and February 2, 2006
• Cost:  $125/Lessons only OR $165.00/lessons & rentals
• Skiing – 5 yrs. and up, Snowboarding – 7 yrs. and up
• Limited Enrollment…First come, first served
• Minimum numbers needed
• One make-up week available 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

The deadline to submit your application & payment to Yawgoo Valley is November 15, 2006.  To obtain your application, call Yawgoo Valley at 401.294.3802 to have one mailed/faxed to you or download it by going to http://www.yawgoo.com/5_week_program.htm and clicking “Printable Version.” 

Once you have the form, check off “#1 Ski or Snowboarding”, fill out the appropriate information, and sign the 2^nd page.  In order for our homeschool group to avoid confusion with other Friday groups, please write largely at the top, “Homeschool Skiing Friday 2:15pm” or “Homeschool Snowboarding Friday 2:15pm.”  Include a check to Yawgoo Valley Learning Center or your credit card number.  You can hand deliver (do fittings at same time), fax or mail these forms.  Payment must accompany all registration forms.  Please read Yawgoo’s registration form for all policies and make-up information, as well as helmet/safety requirements.  

FITTINGS:

Equipment may be leased for the season or rented and used during lessons only.  Lease fittings must occur between 10/16/06 and 11/15/06.   Rental fittings must occur between 10/16/06 and 12/15/06. Hours for fittings are Monday through Friday, 10am to 3pm, and Saturday by appointment only.
