TEACH Homeschool Convention in June

Dear Friends,

It is our pleasure to invite you to our 2007 Homeschool Convention and Curriculum Fair.  The event will be held June 8-9 at The First Cathedral in Bloomfield ... AND at the same reasonable price as last year.

A variety of workshops, by excellent speakers, are planned throughout the weekend to help and encourage you in your endeavor to homeschool your children and raise them to the glory of God.  The Exhibit Hall offers book publishers, businesses, and organizations with the latest educational materials for personal examination and purchase.

Please set aside these dates and join us for a weekend of spiritual and emotional nourishment and academic encouragement.

Featured Speakers:

Dr. R.C. Sproul Jr. is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary and Grove City College.  He is a teacher of the Word, a homeschooling dad of 8 children, the author of many books including the popular "When You Rise Up...A Covenental Approach to Homeschooling," and a regular contributor to "Homeschooling Today" magazine.  He is an excellent speaker with an encouraging and insightful message.

Carol Barnier is a fellow homeschooling mom, speaker, and author of several books including "How to Get Your Child Off the Refrigerator and On To Learning."  She brings humor and loads of practical ideas to every workshop, and challenges the listener to see themselves and their children as God sees them.

George Sarris is a professional actor and narrator working primarily in the commercial environment of NYC.  He has his Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminiary and is the creator and narrator of the popular "The World's Greatest Stories from the World's Greatest Book," a series of Bible stories, taken word for word from the Bible, and told using the art of a classic story teller. He has 5 children and has been homeschooling for the past 22 years. His brings many years of experience and insight to his workshops.

Visit our web site www.teachct.org for more information on the convention, speakers, and graduate recognition.  We will be updating the site regularly as we add more information so please check back with us from time to time.  Convention brochures will be in the mail soon, but if you want to register now you may download a registration form from our web site.

We are looking forward to seeing you in June!
