Institute for Excellence in Writing Summer Events

Dear Teachers, Administrators, Parents, College Students;

I am pleased to announce an exciting event this summer-our Writing Educator's Symposium!

What: A remarkable four-day conference which will be without question a life-changing experience for all who attend

Where:  Murrieta, California - Between Los Angeles and San Diego.

When: July 28-31, 2008 (Mon.-Thurs.)

Why:  To meet and mingle with the founders or Blended Sound Sight and Blended Structure and Style, Anna Ingham (97!), Shirley George, Dr. James B. Webster, and, of course, Andrew Pudewa.  Additionally, we are please to have the following  unbelievable group of knowledgeable presenters: Lee Roddy, Vic Pellegrino, Lori Verstegan, Lesha Myers, and so many more!

How much:  ONLY $379 (if registered by June 30) and includes seminars by Excellence in Writing authors and speakers AND three nights lodging and nine meals at the beautiful Calvary Chapel Conference Center. Discounts available for Students, Pastors, and Groups of five or more.

Other exciting news: At this event, we will be announcing our Teacher Certification Plan, where those who are experienced IEW teachers can a have a way to validate their training and, as a result, grow their skills and their business.

Please feel free to share this link or forward this entire message to friends and colleagues.

In addition to four inspiring and illuminating plenary sessions, we will have smaller breakout workshops in four tracks:
         1)  Elementary Reading & Writing
         2)  Classroom, Co-op & Group Teaching
         3)  Special Needs & English Language Learners
         4)  Advanced Writing Instruction

Indeed, it will an incredible time for teachers to supercharge themselves for the new school year.

Note: Symposium attendees should be familiar with our basic Teaching Writing: Structure and Style syllabus, either by video or by attending the live course.  There are several live course opportunities before July, and our video seminars are always available.  Check for both online: www.excellenceinwriting.com

I believe you will want to take advantage of this remarkable offering. Registration fees go up after June 30, so please don't delay! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me, Julie Walker, the event coordinator. I will do my best to accommodate your every request.

Hope to see you there!

Thanks,

Julie Walker
