I recently switched to blogger myself, but with my HSB blog, and even still my blogger blog, my pictures are hosted at www.flickr.com You can sign up for a free acct. which allows you to upload a certain # of pics. per month. Then you can click on sizes after you have uploaded a picture and choose what would fit best on your blog. Below the picture is some html code that you can copy and paste in your HSB post if you click on "source".

In answer to your question about photos:

You need to use a photo host site, like Photobucket or Flickr. Then, when you write your post here, you link to your photo URL there and it will show up on your blog.

It took me forever to figure out how to put pictures up. But I figured it out! I didn't know that there was a limit on how many pics you put up. 0_0
