Hi everyone!!!!!! Ok so the funniest thing happend today. I was reading a book entitled Cowboy Up (a book from the Rodeo Rides series) and the mian character named Troy was going to compete in a rodeo. WEll, he was going to do some bareback riding and the name of the horse he was going to ride was Copenhagen the name of the horse I ride. Like what are the chances of that happening!?!?!?!?!

It is really neat how every thing worked out with Copenhagen and I. I have loved horses since I can remember. It was sort of bred into me you might say. My Mom had horses when she was growing up and she did barrel racing and that kinda stuff a little bit. But we have never been able to own one. So my Mom told me to pray about, it ask the Lord to work something out. Well,.....he did. So in August a Pastor I know who LOVES the west and horses told me I could go over to his place and and see how I liked Copenhagen. He has three horses, Mariah, Excel and Copenhagen (all three are Quater Horses). His daughter is the only one who rides. So he told me that I could use Copenhagen for my  4-H stuff and MAYBE some ranch rodeos. So now I ride. AND I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The other day my Dad and I went riding. My Dad is not a big horse person. But he went anyway (thanks Dad!!!!). Well, he was riding Mariah, and he was trying to get her to run and she wouldn't do it. So I told him that she would follow Copenhagen and to hang on.  She did and OFF WE TOOK AT FULL SPEED!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and was the ever funny!!!!! My poor Dad wasn't expecting her to take off like that, and he was bouncing around and he lost his hat. So I reined Copenhagen in and turned around to go see if he was ok and he was. But that was so FUN!!!!!!!

Well, I think that all I will try to put some thing new up as soon a possible. Thanks for reading!!!!!!

Don't you just love it when the Lord works things out, even when you're not expecting it. I always think it's cool when I read a book and there is a character named Hannah but it is usually an old lady. Not that there's anything wrong with that, it's just not a very common name for people my age and older. Anyway, I'll talk to you later.

I was ridding at a freinds house and the same thing happend to me except I almost fell of the horse which spooked and sent her running faster!

hi, yes galloping and horses are a blast! Do you do any sports on horseback? I love gaming, English jumping, and trail. I would enjoy doing mounted shooting sometime in the future if at all possible.
