Very good and very cute!! I'll bet your children absolutely loved that. What fun!!
And, not the liberal lesson they would have gotten in your local ps, either.
I will not be leaving this blogging community! How could I?
I have only been here for 2 1/2 weeks and already I feel like a part of a group of 'gals'!! A very good one, at that!
So, I enjoy your posts also. I am glad you like mine. It's good to hear.
Many Blessings to you. Keep up the creative homeschooling, Jennie, it is great!!

So funny. So true though. Looking back I just wish I'd been smart enough to see all the money involved. I nearly cut my fingers off while swinging on an iron gate when I was 14. Then there was that horrible bike chain incident when I was 8. I should have sued. I'd be rich, I tell you. lol.
We were laughing so hard! That is really cute and FUNNY! How creative you are, indeed, Mrs. Eggers, to put that all together. I stand in awe!
Loved your last sewing post. Who cares if you follow a pattern when you can pull off something that cute! Way to go!

Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. Your blog is so cool! As an author yourself, you must be able to understand my excitment! Thanks for taking the time to share it with me! I love your site! I need to become more of a pioneer! God bless you!
My dh frequently gets annoyed with my because I don't laugh out loud a lot. Well it's a shame he wasn't in the room when I read this!! ROTFL What a hoot! Keep em coming!!!
Whose your lawyer? I recently got sunburned when working in the yard. I think the government should build a big protective dome over the United States, so I thought I 'd sue the US government. I'd like to use your lawyer...seems very sharp to me. I hope you'll try for the hot-coffee-at- the- drive-in lawsuit next.
The bagboy at our grocery store told me of a story where a burglar sued a homeowner becuase he broke into their garage, got stuck in it and had to stay there 5 days while the people were on vacation. All they had inthe garage was dogfood..which he had to eat. He won the case.
You are so creative! What a fun blog. Thanks so much for stopping by and visiting over at "my place!" Hope you will visit often, I know I will be back here. :)
That's hilarious. The knitting one, especially! Hey, don't I recognize some of those "folks"? lol
Um....I'm thinkin' you have too much time on your hands!!
We bought a pool air mattress last summer that said, "Not for use in water." Huh? I guess they're just covering themselves no matter what. I even went back and looked at the package front showing a kid lying on the mattress in a pool. Uh huh.
What I'm wondering is...where is your MWL on this blog? I think one needs to be added to the top bar on each page. In fact, I think I may have to contact my attorney and see if we can't get some litigation going against HSB. You see, blogging here is very addicting and I've lost precious hours of my valuable time getting my blog 'fixes' here - time which could have been used more profitably. Surely I could have made millions in those many hours but all of my potential income was robbed - yes, robbed - by this blog addiction. And don't tell me they didn't intend for this to happen. Like tobacco companies, their goal is to create blog addiction to keep us coming back for more. They've built it into the system from day one so the pull of the blog will be irresistable after just one taste. All these contests, wonderful bloggers, adult interaction...it's all part of their big conspiracy.
I say we take a stand now and file a class action civil suit. Because I'm in a good mood and don't want them to have to close HSB to pay us (and thus punishing ourselves more than them), I won't seek damages in the millions. Instead, I think we should all be awarded an HSB t-shirt so we can apply peer pressure to the masses to come join us in our addiction.
..and creative. I know you and your children had a great time putting that together. We often laugh at the really dumb warnings around here, but it's really sad the state things have become to have to put them there.
Thanks for the laugh. I'll share it with my family.

You've heard it before, you'll hear it again, I loved it! You are so creative and funny! It takes a lot for Dear Man to come look at the computer screen, but he did for this!
Oh my gosh! I am laughing so hard!! Sadly, this IS what our society is coming to! I bought a new blow dryer yesterday, and the warning label said, "will burn scalp if left in one place too long." WHAT? DUH!!?!
We like to look for ridiculous labels around here. A couple of summer's ago we were about to enjoy some strawberry popsicles from Schwan's when I broke out into hysterics over a warning on the label. It said something to the effect of "rub wrapper briskly between hands before opening, popsicle may stick to tongue and/or lips" You've got to be kidding, I thought, I ripped off the label to send in to a local talk show that I knew would get quite a kick out of it... when my son started to whine, he did so at the very moment that I took my first lick, and would you belive- we were both stuck fast to the popsicles! I mean stuck! like the kid with the tongue stuck to the frozen flagpole, there was no getting it off, and the lips got stuck with the moving about trying to loose the tongue, so there we were trying to breath heavy to melt a little of it or something, drooling all over in the process... we had to go over to the sink and lean under hot running water! I'm NOT MAKING THIS UP! We were so much more cautious with the rest of the box of popsicles... I don't know what it is about those particular popsicles (I've had others with whole strawberries in that I don't remember sticking to...) but it hurt!
Now we still like to laugh at stupid people and the need for labels on hot coffee and such, but we don't laugh at popsicle labels any more!!!!

From Mom2Fur...I think your sillies need their own MWL: Warning! May Cause You to Spit Coffee All Over Your Keyboard!
You are waaaayyy too funny for the early morning!
