Ohhh, it is gorgeous!! The floors are so pretty and the paint colors really accentuate the floors. Love the light fixture...it's perfect for the house style. Is that barn red on that far wall? I'll have to post after DH finishes painting...we've used some daring colors... Your makeover is just beautiful...your creativity is shining through!

In regards to Eyecorn's comment: Yes the far wall is a red, deep burgundy actually. I really did go for bold on the colors but the house is large, lots of windows, etc. I went with jewel tones pallete (red, various shades of gold and sage greens). LOL on the floors. They are actually awful, full of animail urine stains that burnt right through the hard wood stain. It was only the angle of the picture that made it look like they are in good shape. HOWEVER, the family and I just returned from there after working all day on refinishing the dining room wood floors...DH did most of the work, running the sander. They are going to look great. I will post before and after pictures soon. :) Thanks for all the encouraging comments.

I love the colors! I wish I had the nerve to be bold with colors like this... will the colors match your current furniture or do you plan on getting different furniture? I love the light fixture. It has that mission-style design to it, and it looks like your house is kind of the missions style, too. It's so beautiful. Can't wait to see more pictures!! :)
