Boys Bedroom Makeover!
For the eldest boy's room we used two different colors of paint; a dark teal blue, and an olive green in which I used on opposite walls. Before we painted there were some funny green stripes which took some primer to cover up. Both boys and myself also replaced the carpet with a hand me down berber (that was in great shape). It was their first time laying carpet and I was glad they worked the "kicker" for most of it. The curtains I picked up at a second hand store and modified to fit the windows. And the duvets on the beds I sewed myself...So, the whole thing was again...CHEAP!!
