Learning to Read with Sticky Notes! Since
my eldest two sons are 11 and 10, it's been several years since I've
enjoyed the privilege of teaching my child to read. Now that my 5 y.o.
is just learning to read, I'm having so much fun doing those
hands-on activities that I did with my eldest. **Warning, this activity can cause your child to beg for more and cause excessive amounts of sticky notes stuck everywhere!
Instructions: Write words of objects (in the house) on sticky notes and stick them to a book or clipboard. Have your child walk around with their notes placing them on the correct objects.
