I did it! I made a three-columned template all by myself! (no help from anyone)
I was just so happy that I needed to tell y'all!
If you would like to check it out, here's the link: http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/emmastemplates/ Please ignore the fact that it's "emmastemplates!" My sister wanted a place to test templates but has only used it once. ;-)
Also, this post was written completely in HTML! It was super fun and not very hard at all!
Very nice!! I like the colors and stuff like that. The only thing is, my screen is a little bit too small, so the middle column is overlapping. Maybe you could assign widths in percents instead of pixels? That's what my sis did on her template. Otherwise, I like it!!!!!
GREAT job Renee! It looks nice! See, you're way smarter than I am! Because still to this day, I cannot figure out to make a three columned template ALL BY MYSELF. I still need to use layouts, or already made templates. :-D
Thanks for all the comments! Sorry I've been pretty bad at returning them. It HAS been a long time!
Love you lots and lots!!!
::::Kate::::
PS. By the way! I love your new template! Or maybe it isn't new? I'm not sure! Well, either way, I like it! :-D
Cool! Lol... I still haven't taken the time to sit down and figure out HTML, although I have struggled through it enough to make a template... that I decided I didn't like. :P
Good heavens, it's been a while since I commented, hasn't it? Sorry about that.
You liked PC better the second time? Hmmm.... I don't know which time I liked it better, but I think probably the first. I love the thrills of being surprised!
I glad you liked the review, and I did edit the part about Susan a bit. It's not that I mind strong female characters, (though in our culture today, some tend to take it too far) but in the books, Susan was gentle, and Lewis made it quite clear how he felt about her. Walden Media completely turned her character around, and I, being the Lewis purist that I am, wish they hadn't changed her so drastically.
Hello, my fellow citizens of earth, I come in peace. My name is Renee and I am from the planet "Shizzlebackermier" don't ask, for I don't know. I am a homeschooled, Christian girl whose dream is to be a missionary. I hope you have a wonderful time viewing my blog... Over and out. You have just read the "Ramblings On" of Renee from the planet Shizzlebackermier. (please understand this is 50% fiction, please use your own wits to figure out which half is the real half, and which is not. ;-)
Do you wanna' link to me? Would you like the code? Your wish is my command! Just click on one of the three images and... voila!
These Are A Few Of My Favorite Quotes...
Only the truly strong and great can be truly tender. Tenderness is a mark of nobility, not of weakness.
James Phillip
Christ uncrowned himself to crown us, and put off his robes to put on our rags, and came down from heaven to keep us out of hell. He fasted forty days that he might feast us to all eternity; he came from heave to earth that he might send us from earth to heaven.
W. Dyer
Jesus Christ did not say, "Go into the world and tell the world that it is quite right.
C.S. Lewis
If God forgives us, we must forgive others. Otherwise it is almost like setting up ourselves as a higher tribunal than him.
C.S. Lewis
We ought to give thanks for all fortune: if it is good, because it is good, if bad, because it works in us patience, humility and the contempt of this world and the hope of our eternal country.
C.S. Lewis
