Sure, he's not my first choice, but it's what America wanted.

Now that he's our future president, he deserves our respect...

Even though we don't all agree with his morals and values...

...CHANGE...

Anyhoo...

Senator Obama will be the first black president in the history of the U.S.A.

...and his wife will be the first black first lady of the U.S.A.

He beat McCain by a long-run.

349 to 162

Ouch.

So... All this to say,

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God."

Who knows? Senator Obama might surprise us!

P.S.--I realize some of you are thinking, "Wait, Barack Obama's not black! He's just half black! So, technically, he's not black!". This is true, my friends, but he appears to be black, so he is, therefore, considered black.

Bush wasn't perfect, that's true. The media blames Bush for the economy, but what they don't tell you is that for 7 and a half years of Bush administration-the economy grew. Actually, the problems came to a head in 2006 when DEMOCRATS in Congress started passing a bunch of laws that was the direct cause of the "sub-prime mortgage crisis".
I don't agree with Bush on everything, but i think he was a great president. After all, we have not been attacked again since 911.That counts for something in my book.

But Barack Obama is not African-American! He is just as much white as he is black. He is mixed. And he was born in Kenya.

Obama wasn't my first choice either but I have been praying for him! Hopefully he will surprise us and end up being an amazing leader for our country!

The bible says to pray for are leaders,but I cannot honor Obama ,because I don't believe in what he stands for. I will not be unkind though. I hope that his term won't be bad
