I don't do chittlins/chitterlings either. I don't like squirrel, raccoon, rabbit, tripe etc. My grandma and godparents ate this and tried to serve it up! NO THANKS!! My godfather was born in 1901!
Oh, and the pics of your husband cutting potatoes and celery made me laugh. I can see it as a new Marine recruiting ad.
