Dec. 2, 2009 - My Gramma is in the Hospital! :(

Hi everyone! just letting you know that my Gramma is in the Hospital!!  She has a blood clot in her leg. That means that the red blood cells are all in one spot in her leg! :( She's also had chest pains and had heart surgery!! GRRRRR!!   She is doing allot today though. GOD IS SOO GOOD!!   Please continue to pray that she would be healed!

I really had great Thanksgiving!! I liked the pie part! he he he We had some very close friends over at our house and we had a blast!  God is good! all the time! God is GOOD!!

 My sister is doing well! She is a little better today, still a klogged nose, but better. PRAISE GOD!!

Nov. 6, 2009 - Prayer Request

Hey everyone. I have a prayer request. My sister is very sick today. She has a tummy ach, and she was sore all over her body. I think the sores are gone now, but is still sick. And she said that she was so sore it was hard to move around. Please pray that she would feel better soon, and that me and the rest of my family don't get sick. So everyone, STAY HEALTHY!!! I just got back from shopping with my sister, and my mom.  We went to Kregel Parable Christen Store and I got a new cd from PureNRG called “The Real Thing” and it is AWESOME!!!!! Then we went to a restaurant to eat and had hot soup! YUMMY!!  We had a great time!!

Do you realize how easy accessible God is? You do not need an appointment to talk with Him. His line is NEVER busy. His door is always open. He is available to you at all times--- any time of the day or night. Through prayer, God is always right there when you want to talk with  Him!

Colossians 4:2 encourages us, "devote yourselves to prayer." First Thessalonians 5:16 urges us to "pray continually." Likewise, Ephesians 6:18 instructs us to "pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests."

So, how do you feel about your conversations with God? Uncomfortable? Awkward? Don't feel that way!! Like I said before, God is NEVER busy!  

Read God's word and put sciptures in your prayer!

O God, I praise your word. I trust in God, so why should I be afraid?

What can mere mortals do to me?

So, when ever you are afraid and scared, repeat this over and over.

God will help you NOT to be afraid any more!! JJ

That verse reminds us to NOT be lazy in our work, but to be diligent and faithful. :) If you have trouble being diligent, go to God and He will help you with you're troubles!!
