I have recently been reading the "Seven Sleepers" series. They're pretty good, but not my favorites.
They're about seven teenagers who get put into "time capsule" things and sleep for fifty years. During that time there was a HUGE nuclear war, and when they come out of their sleep the world is totally different. There are Giants, defigured people, Gemini twins (who can't get too far apart from each other or else they'll die), and this group in power called the "Sanhedrin" (forgive my spelling).
Once all of the "Sleepers" have met each other, they meet this other person, named Goel. He "leads" them from time to time and helps them to battle the Sanhedrin, which is controlled by the "Dark Lord".
These are pretty good books by a Christian author. I think that Goel is supposed to be Jesus but with a different name (kind of like Aslan, only Goel is, I don't want to say human, but he looks like one). Anyway, yeah, I would recommend these books.
Oh yeah, and my favorite book series is definately the Dragons in our Midst series!!!! Thx 4 telling me about them, Dagnod!!!!! I still don't have the Oracles of Fire one yet...I'm number nine in line (unless it's changed since I last looked.

The book is way way way better than the movie. The movie doesn't even compare. It was a pretty good movie if you don't get your hopes up for it to be like the book(unfortunatly I did:() then you can probobly enjoy it.
