I know that I normally post the prayer requests and updates on Thursdays, however, there's been a few that have been brought to my attention and I don't want to wait until then.
Janice is seeing a Hematologist on Monday (tomorrow). Please keep her in prayer.
Karen is also seeing a doctor on Monday. Pray for peace as well as everything being okay.
Please pray for Crystal, as well as Emily. Things just aren't going well there and Crystal is having a hard time. Stop by her blog and let her know that you're praying.
Homeschooling Keeper At Home's daughter, Suzanna, is seeing a specialist on April 12th. Please keep them in your prayers as well as stop by her blog to encourage her as well.
JSM is having a hard time with depression. Please stop and encourage her by offering scripture to fight off the enemy's lies.
Dianeis having a hard time right now... please encourage her and keep her in prayer.
Simply Believing is new here, but her husband has cancer and she's opened her blog to share her journey. Please welcome her, as well as let her know you're praying for her strength and peace.
My doctor appointment is on Tuesday morning. Please pray that the baby has turned and is head down. Pray for peace for me either way.
Thanks so much for praying! In Him, Amy
(I'm in the process of getting the blogs of those who are signed up to receive the emails of prayer requests for "Sisters & Brothers in Christ". Please read about it for more information and sign up if you're interested. If they're time sensitive issues, then they will be emailed... otherwise, I will be posting updates and requests on Thursdays that you can come and read on your own.)
I must thank you for posting a prayer request for my family. It has been a hard journey these last few months, but God willing, my husband will be cancer free at our check-up in one week. It has been a time of surrender, of letting go, of removing masks. For too long I operated out of fear. Fear of what others would think, fear of the unknown, fear of failure. This journey has brought me to my knees, and released the fear of fear. I give my life to Christ, I am His.
Blessings to you. You have a wonderful blog and are a very gifted writer.
Amy, thanks for being a place where we can keep up with prayer needs. I know prayer works. I pray that your baby has turned around to the right position. God bless!
and a woman seeking the Lord's Will (daily), a wife (striving to keep the romance alive), a "Smamma" (Step- mother) of one and a homeschooling mom of seven (I was never going to have children), who starts every day over (after messing SOME thing up the day before), knowing God's grace is overflowing (just like my laundry), and so thankful He's blessed me more than I'll ever deserve.
Sunday, April 9, 2006 - Thank you...
Blessings to you. You have a wonderful blog and are a very gifted writer.
