• Monday, May 1, 2006 - ETA BABY CONTEST!

Okay... so I know I need to take care of the magnet contest winners (from "years ago"), but if you'll just bare with me until the baby comes, I promise to take care of all of them all at once!  (That also means that you can still enter any of the other contests... check the bottom of this post to check them out and enter.) Please let me do just one more contest...

In honor of our little one due the 13th of May, I'm having a contest for you to guess when our precious blessing will come.  Leave a comment with your guesses and the one to guess the closest to baby's "time of arrival and gender" will win a magnet!

I think SHE will be born May 9th at 8:14, since that is my b-day. My mom's bestfriend's baby was born on my b-day last year. I will be exactly 15 years older then your baby if it is born then. There is no other reason for the date besides that is my b-day.

I had a dream that you had a baby girl last night!!! And then, as a gift from your DH, you had a spot on HGTV!! You talked about all of the stuff that you normally do on your blog, showed us some crafts, cooked some seafood. You even had some kind of foreign accent! Of course, the show was called Dandelion Seeds.

Okay, my guess is...Friday, May 5, 2:15pm and it's a girl!

Amy, Carolyn and I believe it will be a girl or else you have to have 3 more girls to even things up. This way you only have to have one more girl! Just kidding! She will be born on May 14th because other than Labor Day, which by the way Carolyn was a Labor Day baby, I can't think of a more perfect day to give birth. She will be born around 3:00 p.m. so there will be plenty of time to go to morning service and listen to everyone say "Haven't you had that baby yet?", but still leave time for everyone to visit and say "I knew when I saw you this morning that you wouldn't go another day." If anyone actually asks you the haven't you had that baby yet question, look at them kindly and say "Yes, I had her yesterday, but I didn't lose any weight. Here's your sign! Love ya and miss you. Nan
