• Sunday, May 14, 2006 - Mother's Day Reflections...
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for all the blessings You bestowed on my day... the cry of "MOM" from my near two year old waking me at 6am... the beautiful church service... the reminder of Missey Gray and the feeling of sadness for her children today, and the feeling of thankfulness to be sitting with mine... the beautiful card and words from my husband... the things made by my children in Sunday School with love... the phone call from my step-son wishing me a "happy mother's day"... the supper and movie with my family... sitting with my children... the sleeping children in their beds... the precious life inside me... a mother that loves me more than she could ever express... a mother-in-law who is a prayer warrior... and a step-mother-in-law with a heart of gold... Lord, there's so much to be thankful for. I have been so blessed. Thank You for allowing me to be the mother of Your precious children. Thank You for changing my heart...
Wow YOU look great .... praying for you. I am so thankful too. Had a wonderful day. Everyone is sleeping. Thanks for posting the picture. I so hope the Lord blesses us again. I am excited for you!
blessings,
Teena
And by the way, remind yourself that your little one's only "overdue" to *you and the docs*! It's so hard . . .with six, I know! Praying that God's now comes soon. Hang in there. And don't answer the phone; I know you're feeling like a watched pot. :-)
I'm sure you've heard this, but looking the way you do, the old wives tales would say you are having a boy. So, I will pick the name, "Gabriel" meaning "God is my strength." For everything you have done for us and all the cleaning you have done had to be done with strength. So I guess it's the strength within, not just in your belly, but in your heart! I just thought it kinda goes together:)
Thanks for stopping by my blog and your Mother's Day wishes. Hope your day was special, too. You're looking fabulous to be about to pop. May the Lord give you peace in these waiting days.
You look gorgeous!!! You are the most beautiful overdue pregnant woman I've ever seen! lksdfjlsdkjflsjkflsdjk!!! I wish I looked half as good when I was overdue. I just looked like a beached whale! I was so big I outgrew my maternity clothes and spent my last two weeks in one large t-shirt and leggings! Glad you had a wonderful Mother's day and we're looking forward to hearing your news of the new arrival! With love and thanks - Deedee
Good Lord, youa re just about the cutest prego woman I have ever seen. Praying for safe and quick delivery!
Can't wait to hear the news. Everytime I get a notice I wonder, is this it?
Susan

Really gals... you'd think I could be a model listening to you go on... tee hee... you're all too funny and should get your eyes checked! Where are all the pokes and jabs??!!
My hubby sees through your glasses as well, though, which is how I keep getting this way evidently. He thinks I'm beautiful this way and loves it...
Father God,
According to Your will, let the Baby be born in Your perfect timing. Calm Amy's anxious heart, grant to her strength and energy to deliver the Baby quickly and safely, and prepare the whole household for her arrival. Let the Baby be born in good health, that she will not have any problems especially jaundice. Father God, surround Amy, the Baby and the whole family with Your peace that passes all understanding and bless the Baby with a cheerful and joyful temperament. Thank You Lord. In Jesus' Name, Amen
Wow you're so cute! I cannot wait to hear you've had the baby and all is well! I cant' wait to see the pictures either! I've been praying for a safe delivery and healthy baby every night!
Oh my gosh ... you are all belly! My kids have never experienced a pregnant relative and were quite amazed at how you looked - LOL! My husband thinks you are gorgeous, too ... he always loved me pregnant!
and a woman seeking the Lord's Will (daily), a wife (striving to keep the romance alive), a "Smamma" (Step- mother) of one and a homeschooling mom of seven (I was never going to have children), who starts every day over (after messing SOME thing up the day before), knowing God's grace is overflowing (just like my laundry), and so thankful He's blessed me more than I'll ever deserve.
•Monday, May 15, 2006 - Wow!
May the LORD bless you with a safe delivery and a healthy little new one...
