5000 Gifts is not a toy drive.  It began out of a huge passionate vision to echo God's wonders throughout creation and is basically a list collected from global citizens of what we're thankful for.  From now until November 18, 2007 we will be accepting your written, photographed, and video taped thank you's - the goal being 5000.

5000 is the number of people Jesus miraculously fed in the Gospel of Mark.

This is about a celebration.
This is about seeing the world through new eyes.
This is about the realization of God sharing His life with us.
This is about worship.
This is about writing a huge thank you note to God.
This is about seeing light in the darkness.
This is about sharing.
This is about blessing every person, place, and thing.
This is about beauty.
