• Tuesday, June 16, 2009 - CHALLENGE #4 - More than words...
So, "just for fun" I will be posting some SHMILY challenges throughout the month to help you to show your husband how much you love him... they won't be every day and you can do them at any time.
CHALLENGE #4
Chapter 15 (His Reputation) helped us to not only realize how important our husband's reputation is, but that we hold a key in making sure that it's good.
Say one good thing about your husband EVERY day. It may be awkward at first, especially if it's been a long time since you've done it. You can either say it TO HIM, or to someone else.
Another way to do this would be to leave "love notes" with just a sentence saying something you love about him, or want to thank him for. A question to think about when writing the notes would be, "What would I want someone who has never met my husband to know about him that would make them think he's special?" You could leave a note in his vehicle, wallet, lunch, etc. Get creative... don't forget to put "SHMILY" on it too! tee hee...
