• Tuesday, February 28, 2006 - Update from Danielle Craig
I received an email from Danielle Craig that still has no good news (however, no bad news either). Please continue to keep this family in your prayers. May the Lord bring them together SOON!
Dear friend,
I apologize for the generalization of this email, but we have been extremely busy lately and the emails have been pouring in.
The judge has not yet made her ruling. She has as long as she needs to make her decision and her case load is extremely heavy.
Although our lives are far from “normal” God has been busy doing wondrous things for us! Last week we were given permission to spend Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at our house. These are called overnight visits. It was the first time that Matthew and I slept in our own bed in nine months. Our children were so excited that they tried to plan a “slumber” party in our room!
We thank you all for your continued prayers and support of our family! No matter what the outcome, GOD already knows and I believe HE has great things in store for our family. Our SAVIOUR makes NO mistakes!
Because of CHRIST,
Danelle Craig
I spoke to Danelle about setting up a day in prayer for them and the judge's decision. She said she would appreciate that. For anyone who would be interested in signing up for a prayer time, leave a comment letting me know and I will get back to you when I get it organized. Thanks for your prayers! Let's bring these kids home!
...I'd love to sign up to pray for this family. The time I'd pick is contingent upon what day we'll be praying.
I've prayed right now. My heart is breaking -- as this is the first I've read and/or heard of the Craig family's plight. Although I don't know the full story, from what I *do* know... I cannot believe something like this is being done in the United States of America!
Hi I just wanted to say thanks for posting a comment on my blog. Thank you for adding me to the prayer list and keeping me posted on what has been going on. I am new here and love that we can pray for other homeschooling families. I do not know what is going on in the Craig family but I will keep them in my prayers.
and a woman seeking the Lord's Will (daily), a wife (striving to keep the romance alive), a "Smamma" (Step- mother) of one and a homeschooling mom of seven (I was never going to have children), who starts every day over (after messing SOME thing up the day before), knowing God's grace is overflowing (just like my laundry), and so thankful He's blessed me more than I'll ever deserve.
