Billy (age 10) has always enjoyed taking things apart. Thank goodness he's not at an age where he's also interested in putting them back together! For a long while, we had boxes of 'parts' everywhere *lol*

Although I had to baby proof my house this friday. I finally got sick of loosing more and more VCR tapes due to him pushing the button, and flipping back the edge and pulling the tape out! Once I show him something like that I am doomed! he already finds screwdrivers and puts them in every screw hole he finds!
Hey - I was making a master list of brainstorm field trip ideas. Just curious if you ever went farther with your printing press idea or if you did not do it yet but will later. dont forget I would love to join you if you do go there. If you already did that is ok. go again sometime ok :) If I think of any cool places to go I will be sure to share with you on it too.
So far I know we will go to the mill at mconnels mills this summer. And lake erie - hey it is a GREAT LAKE! ;) the zoo... but as for anything else... still thinking. My ideas on the list are like - farm, printing press, resturant kitchen. But I dont have one to go to yet. just thoughts.

How Fun !!! Yes isn't tools great. (0= I look forward to when my boys can not only take apart but to FIX things for me. lol. I have four boys I should get at least on handyman ....right ???
