Friday, April 6, 2007 - Heart Surgeon or the President
Although my hearts desire is for Cameron to be called into full time ministry, I most want him to be wherever it is that God wants him. If it is a garbage man, which he has suggested before, or an astronaut, another idea of his, as long as he love God with all his heart, that is what is most important.
Two professions have come to the forefront this last week. As we were practicing his new memory verse, instead of saying, "...teach me thy paths." he said, with confidence and vigor, "...teach me BYPASS." A heart surgeon in the making?
The second would have to be the President. I was informed that if he did run for president, it is written in the law books somewhere that, because I am his mother, I must vote for him...it's the law.

I just love the things that children will say! Trevor (5 y.o.) wants to be a Vet, but he doesn't like dogs. ???

"teach me bypass" LOL! That's funny. Well, my son is 16 and he still hasn't made up his mind what he wants to be. My dd who is 9 wants to be First Lady. LOL Wouldn't surprise me if she runs for president someday.

LOL. Oh how cute. Well, if the garbage man thing doesn't work out, he could always go for president.
