Well,  you see him in episode 2 going inside a cantena he tells Anakin to go off, Obiwan goes to get a drink.  After he is finished he turns around and chops a guy's hand off.

Same thing in episode 4 after he drinks he chops off another guy's arm.  I would say that Obiwan is a Violent Drunk.
