Financial Futures

Posted at 5:47 PM on Jul. 18, 2007

It's very important to be thinking about our financial futures!

If you could get some kind of business going now then you may not have to waste time starting one in the future. Now is the time to start one! Now is before we (as "young adults") are paying big expenses such as, electricity, payments on our houses, payments on our cars, food, and so on)

Do you really want to waste time struggling financially? No, not for me. If I can generate a steady income before I leave home than I won’t have to worry about getting one when things are tough.

And there is no better way than doing it over the Internet!

Especially if you can make some kind of business that requires very little work such as a high traffic site that you can sell ad space on. If you spend the time now to build a site that people will WANT to go to, than you can sell lets say 20 ad spots at $70/month (very reasonable) you'll have $1400/month coming in and you're not even wasting time to go out to make it! Once you spend the time to put the site up, it's up! And it'll just continue to make you money! Now $1400/month isn't a whole lot but it's a start!

Think about it, if we are able to set up a steady income without having to work much, then that'll free up our lives in a huge way! Sure, we'll have to work hard to get it started. But if we can count on a check every month from our "little self making money maker" (try and say that ten time fast) then we can spend our time with our families, starting another business, taking college classes, becoming a missionary, you name it. We'll have TIME and that's the point. We HOMESCHOOLERS have time!

Yes, I agree. I'm trying to create an income because I want to become a missionary pilot. Have to have an income some how. =]

I can't wait to start on our [secret] project!

Yep that's for sure. Once you have the first business up and running, it's easier to build another one too! You have the conacts, and you have a high traffic site that could send more traffic.

Those ad spaces you rent out? Well you can just grab one yourself(maybe 24/7) and that'll get you traffic! All it takes is the initial lift-off, then it becomes a generator.

:D
