Homemade Play-Dough
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Salt
1 cup water
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tbl Vegetable Oil
1 Drop of Food Coloring
Mix all ingredients in a pan. Heat over low or medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Store in a airtight container or zip locking bag.
Kool-Aid Play-Dough
2 1/2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Salt
1 tbl Alum
1 pkg Unsweetened Kool-Aid
3 tbls Vegetable Oil
1 3/4 cup Boiling Water
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Knead until a
good consistency is attained. Store in an airtight
container or a zip locking bag.
Finger-Painting
1 cup Ivory Soap Flakes
Enough water to give a consistency to that of whipped cream Mix the water and Soap Flakes, beat with a rotary beater until creamy. Add food coloring for different colors.
Finger Paint
Uncooked Finger-Paint
1 cup Flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Water food coloring as desired
Mix flour and salt, and water, Mixture will be grainy.
Silly Putty
1/2 cup Elmer's Glue
1/4 cup Liquid Starch
Food Coloring if desired
Mix with hands. When the mixture clumps,
pour it hand to hand, kneading it and adding
the liquid starch until the texture and
consistency desired is reached. Have Fun!!!
