1 Timothy 4:12

This first entry is an encouragement to all the kids being homeschooled. Look up 1 Timothy 4:12, I've also written it for you below:

"Don't let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you teach, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity."

The old addage "children should be seen and not heard" is in no way true! People really do watch us, and they will decide by our actions whether or not we are worth listening too! God knows that kids really do make a difference in this world, especially when we are living for his glory!

There is also the one in Proverbs 20 that states: Even a child is known by his actions, by whether his conduct is pure and right.

That's a good one too about watching how you behave because others are watching you. I always tell my children that it is one thing for me to SAY children are a blessing, it is another thing for them to prove it!
