The Delaware Museum of Natural History

Homeschool Classes are divided into two age groups that are held simultaneously: Ages 5-7 and Ages 8-11. Class will be held the second Friday of each month (with the exception of October), and you will have the option of choosing the 10-11 a.m. or 1-2 p.m. session. Due to limited classroom space, parents or guardians may attend the classes with children for an additional fee. Those not attending must remain at the Museum for the duration of the class.

In addition to Homeschool Classes, the Museum now provides a special Homeschool Overnight for an exciting experience after hours. Bring your pajamas and sleep near the African Watering Hole, over the Great Barrier Reef, or under the towering dinosaurs.
Homeschool Class Series
Homeschool Classes are now offered as a series package. The new Homeschool Class Series includes all of the classes available in the 2008-2009 school year for one fee! In addition to saving money by registering for the series, you will also continue to receive this exclusive quarterly e-newsletter that gives you a sneak peek at Museum programs and exhibits, as well as helpful classroom tips and experiment ideas. Series registration also includes admission to our first-ever Homeschool "Parents as Teachers" workshop and priority pre-registration for our new Homeschool Overnight, which has limited space. There are additional fees for the Homeschool Overnight ($45 per parent/student pair, $20 per additional student in same family, and $10 per extra adult).
