I was remiss in taking Keianna out for her lunch and Bible purchase after she became a full-fledged, PrairieFrog-Certified reader! She's reading up a storm now (although still a bit halting at times) and in PrairieFrog tradition, that means lunch out and a "Big Girl" Bible of her very own.
She turned down all the children's Bibles (full translation, but with pictures) in favor of one that's just text, but had an fancy cover.
After the Bible Bookstore, we enjoyed a delightful lunch together at the Olive Garden. (Olive Garden's faux-stone facade is behind her in the photo.)
Congratulations, 'Anna! We are poud of you!
