Chest-High to a Corgi

Snow this time of year, or even in mid-September. isn't unusual here, but typically only a dusting.

This unseasonal storm dumped enough to require getting out the shovel (and even the tractor), and came chest-high to Bryn. Now, being that Bryn's a corgi (Welsh for dwarf-dog) that's not saying a lot, but to the children it was magical!

Wow, you really did get snowed! Awesome! ~ ours melted away, boooo. It's still cold, so it *could* snow..it just isn't yet again.. soon enough. I want winter!

ha ha!!! I too take pictures from my doorway, or window. Funny. You definitely got more snow than we did. But we don't reside at the foot of a mountain range. Our 1" of snow is gone. Now -- just cold.
