Jan. 29, 2009 - I'm Sorry I Haven't Been Here
I'm sorry that I haven't been here in a long time. I have been busy and have not wanted to blog much.
My Mom, sister, and I were in a car crash in October. The car flipped between 2 and 6 times. All of us were okay. My Mom fractured her right wrist, and my sister had a black eye. I was not hurt at all.
My birthday was the end of September. I had a good time. My Aunt made my cake for me, and even decorated it. I had a ballerina bear as my cake. I turned 9 years old. I am excited that I will be turning 10 on my next birthday.
We have been taking lots of walks when it is warm enough outside. We walked down to a store today, and looked around. After that we walked down to the city dam. I thought it was cool to see the water go over the dam. Then we walked to a resturant and ate dinner with my Aunt and cousin. Then we walked home. Mom says we probably walked about 6 miles today. I like walking because it's fun and you get lots of exercise. We have a good time walking together because we are always laughing, joking, and talking.
Mom says I have to go do the dishes now, so I better get off of here.

May. 25, 2008 - Sorry
I'm sorry that I haven't been doing any entries. I have been really busy lately, and sometimes I just don't feel like doing entries.
Mommy has been taking us out for ice cream here lately. It's been really fun. I like trying all the differnt thing that Dairy Queen has to offer. My favorites are the cherry and chocolate dipped cones, but really I like it all!!
Yesterday we went to the park. There were two guys playing tennis. I sat and watched them for a long time, and than they let me play too. It was really neat. I had never played before. I would like to do it again. Last weekend we went to the park with Aunt Ange's family and played baseball. I had lots of fun!! I really like playing sports. Mommy even signed us up to take swimming lessons in June. I am really excited!
I found a little orange kitten at my Aunt Ange's house too. Aunt Ange wants it, but has to ask her landlord, so Mommy said we could bring it home for a few days. We named it Beauty. Mommy said today that it has to go outside though, because it isn't using the litter pan, and Mommy doesn't want it pooping all over the house.

Mar. 15, 2008 - A Trip Today
When I got up I got dressed in my skirt that Jocelyn made for me, while my Mom took a shower. After my Mom got done with her shower we went to the Donut Shop and had a quick breakfast. Than we drove a long time to Newton. When we got there we met Mrs. C at AppleBees. We had lunch together. I think her family is really fun. I sat by Austin during lunch, he made me laugh a lot. We also got into trouble a few times too. Aleisha is really nice too. She is 12, and she colors very well. I didn't want them to go, but they had to, and we came home too.
After we came home, Megan and I played outside for awhile. Meg got messy playing in the mud. Then we went to dinner. We went to Mom's favorite place to eat. I had soft tacos. Then we had dessert. Our dessert was Sopipillas. I don't think that is spelt right, but they are toasted bread with honey and cinnamon on top of them. Then we went home, and Mom let me type this entry.
I am still learning how to spell things, and make proper sentences, and how to tell my stories. When I first thought this entry was done, it was only 3 lines long, but than Mom helped me to make it longer, and make it a better story.

I'm 8 years old. I have a sister. Her name is Megan. She is 6. I have a cat, it is a boy. His name is Orangy. My sister has a cat too, her name is Yeti, and my mom has a cat. His name is Mr. Fuzzy.
My sister says she loves me. I love her too, even though sometimes she makes me mad.
My favorite foods are ice cream, yogurt, pie, cake, oranges, apples, grapes, and cherries.
My favorite things to do are coloring, playing, and helping my Mom.
