Teach the Children.
“You will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. This promise is for you. It is also for your children” (Acts 2:38&39).
In this day and age it is more and more important to teach our children to come to God and his son Jesus. Without our teaching them they will be lost. It is our responsibility to show them the love of God and his son for us. With Jesus and the Father in them, the sexual imorality, drunkenness, drug addiction, teen pregnancy, suicide, and dispair will be greatly lessened.
We must teach them to pray so that they will always know that God is there when we are not. Teach them that God will be a friend and warrior for them in times of trouble. If we teach them these things they may stray a little in life, but they will always come back to God.

I really understand what you're saying here. I have been just so upset at people (mainly church-leaders) who think they should be the ones to teach the children, by sending them off to their own little classes, when really the parents should be the only ones training the children.
We've lost our way in the sense of teaching our children, that's why we have a bunch of lazy adults now.
Ok... sorry rambling. ;D
